What You Will Love About Dead Trigger 2

Dead Trigger 2 has been making rounds in the online gaming community. This first-person shooter set in a zombie apocalypse – a genre that seems well loved by both fans and developers alike – is a game that should definitely be in your list, and we’ll tell you why!

While the premise of a world that’s turned upside down by a zombie apocalypse of a mysterious origin is something most gamers are familiar with, Dead Trigger 2 takes on a different treatment for the subject. Yes, you still take on the role of an unnamed protagonist who wields a variety of firearms as well as deadly melee weapons to take on undead enemies. However, the game offers a few unique features to its gameplay that you will not find in any zombie apocalypse FPS game.

These features include an auto-attack feature. This is different, apparently, from auto-targeting. When you have this feature turned on, you simply aim your weapon at an enemy and the weapon will automatically fire. If you’re using melee weapons, the game whacks away at any nearby enemy on its own.

While this does not guarantee that you’re safe from the zombies’ attacks, this feature does save you from the time-consuming task of having to decide which part of the target’s body to shoot at. This is very handy if you’re in a hurry or if you have a specific goal in mind. Of course, you can turn it off at will.

Dead Trigger 2 also features a weapon creation and upgrade mechanic in its gameplay. You have a hideout to which you return after each mission or battle. Here, you can have your weapon specialist assemble firearms for you, or to upgrade the ones in your current inventory. You can also have your specialist create grenades and other explosives, including a chicken that’s basically a suicide bomber, for you. You can also decorate your hideout as well.

The hideout adds an RPG element to what is otherwise a straight, in-and-out, zombie shooter. This feature, and others, makes Dead Trigger 2 a unique entry to an already populated genre.

Going head-on with zombies is a common feature for this game, but the developers also added variety to the gameplay. At some point in the game, you’ll be tasked with defending a camp using a sniper rifle and a machine gun. You won’t have to fight against zombies in close quarter combat in these levels. Instead, you’ll be taking them on from a distance.

The sniper missions are definitely interesting. You aim your gun at a zombie, fire, and then guide the bullet using your mouse to hit the zombies where you want them to be hit. Headshots return the highest scores and in-game cash rewards compared to other bullet impacts. The sniper missions definitely add a different layer of challenge, and one that you will certainly enjoy when playing this game on Facebook.

Finally, the game features the best graphics that we’ve seen so far from zombie shooters. It runs on an amazing graphics engine. The details and imagery are guaranteed to blow your mind from the beginning to the end of the game.
